The man who killed my lil bro JJ will most likely only get 5 years of jail time for what he did. He has had 4 previous DUI’s and a hit and run.
This is NOT justice. The laws concerning drunk driving in MN have GOT to be more strict! The penalties need to be more harsh. In other states, his crime would have been manslaughter, second degree and would spend at least 20 years in jail.
