Why do tattoos have to mean anything at all?

This is sorta like the tattoo that I was thinking about.. incorporating sirens into something big. Maybe not as big as this, but at least this is a good visual starting point!

Contemplating a Shel Silverstein tattoo from Falling Up or Where the Sidewalk Ends
These last 9 months that I´ve worked with this family being a nanny to their two amazing children, I have learned a lot about myself and about children and how truly awesome they are. They are capable of so much more than I had ever thought and they give such unconditional love that it melts my heart a bit.
I want something to look at and remember all of the hugs and kisses and snuggles and tears that they shared with me. We read both Falling Up and Where the Sidewalk Ends almost every day. They didn´t catch some of the humor that is put into those poems but they would always laugh after I laughed because they knew something in there was funny :)
